This baking class will teach you from scratch, everything you need to know to make all these :

  • Sourdough bread

Artisan sourdough bread from scratch, hard crust and moist inside

  • Neapolitan pizza

Original pizza recipe from Naples

  • Focaccia

Soft bread from Italy with delicate texture and olive oil flavors

  • Sourdough multigrain loaf

Sourdough loaf with a soft texture and filled with seeds

  • Starter

Make and bring home your own starter, necessary to make sourdough breads

After the chef demonstrates, you will be making all these sweets by yourself.

This baking class will take place on Saturday-Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
We accept a maximum of 8 students so you can learn in the best conditions. No previous experience is necessary, beginners are welcomed!

  • Shaping pizza
  • Topping pizza
  • Making starter (levain)
  • Sourdough bread : folding and shaping
  • Shaping & topping focaccia
  • Making sourdough multigrain loaf
  • And finally, baking and tasting all breads!
