Our Grand Baking Course is a comprehensive 2 to 5-week program designed to equip you with the essential skills and techniques needed to excel in the baking and pastry industry. Throughout the course, you’ll learn an array of delicious desserts, advanced cakes, artisanal chocolates, a variety of breads, and delicate laminated doughs. Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of eight students, ensuring you receive personalized attention and hands-on guidance from our experienced instructors. This intimate setting allows for an immersive learning experience where you can fully grasp each technique.

We welcome beginners and professionals alike—no prior experience is necessary. Our course is designed to accommodate all skill levels, providing an opportunity to learn for all baking enthusiasts.

Chef Lucas and proud students hold their certificate on graduation day, celebrating the successful completion of the 5-week intensive baking program.

Our professional pastry & baking course is divided into 5 weeks :

From Monday to Friday : 9 AM to 2 PM.
On-site study, 125+ hours full-time program.

You can choose to join for just few weeks to focus on specific skills or complete all 5 weeks for a comprehensive experience. The program covers a wide range of baking skills, helping you achieve your goals quickly.

VISA & ACCOMMODATIONS


If you are coming from abroad, you need to figure out if you need a visa and a place to stay. We can help you with that.

VISA EXEMPTION

Citizens from 93 countries can come into Thailand under the visa exemption rule.
For most countries, it allows tourists to stay 60 days in Thailand, with an option to extend for another 30 days. 
Visa exemption is the easiest way to come in Thailand for our course : you just need to book your ticket and your passport will be stamped directly at the airport.
If you are not sure whether you qualify for visa exemption or not, please contact us so we can assist you.

Tourist Visa

If you do not qualify for visa exemption, we suggest that you take a Tourist Visa. You can get this visa from your country before flying into Thailand. Once you made the deposit, we will give you a Letter of Acceptance that you can show to the Thai Embassy if requested when applying for the Tourist Visa.

Accommodations

In case you need it, we can provide you with a list of accommodations near our school. You can find guesthouses for low budget (around 15,000 ฿ for 30 days) or hotels if you want a more comfy room (around 20,000-25,000 ฿ for 30 days). Finally, getting around in Bangkok from the school is very easy: Bangkok Skytrain is 200 meters away.
